Benessa: I think the only thing is the reality of the rural situation. It's really hard to imagine till you've actually done it. The idea of the first ten minutes, i think that's really important. Then get them out of there. And if you've ever been in a rural recess, you'll know that people are trying their best. People work flat out, and they give everything they have. You suddenly have people showing up no matter what time of day. We can't pretend to try and live up to that standard of care. But i think we agree on most of the basics.
