The New Antho Syanins Aren't Able to Produce as Much Chlorophyll as They Used to Be

The new antho syanins is pretty amazing to meand does it ramp down the prduction of the chlorophyl on purpose? I think it just isn't able to produce as much. There's not enough sunlight or or something. Or it might be that, i think i read that once it hits winter, too much water can evaporate from leaves. So basically becomes inefficient for the plant to still have the leaves on there.
