The Importance of Digging a Grave
In 1849, two men killed a group of wealthy Bostonians. They then dug up their victims' graves to get rid of them. The process was labor-intensive and involved digging deep holes in virgin earth. In the fresh grave, soil has already been disturbed; it's easier to kill someone there.
