Eyr: I think people in general are not good at enouh, being introspect and maybe that's made its confirmation by us. You always kind of have to to second get second guess yourself. Dont minute details around on boarding funnels, which can make or break businesses. It's really hard to hire the high level people and the super, super lo level people. Eyr: Those details are so critical that i don't think you can just hire hire them.
