United Airlines - A 360 Degree Loop in the Flight Deck
United Airlines was an early adopter of something called crew resource management way back in 1981. They were the first airline to do so, which is a sort of philosophy on the flight deck where instead of the captain's word being law, everyone had valid input. This minimizes the risk of human error, which could cause one mistake from one person crashing the plane to another.
