Murder Rates Are Not High in a Liberal City, but a National Problem

They're higher in kentucky and tennessee and mississippi, alabama and louisiana. A more accurate conclusion from the data is that republicans do a far better job blaming others for high murder rates than actually reducing high murder rates.
