Key Stage Two Progress Scores Are More Critical Than Key Stage One Attributes

There is a big discrepancy between key stage one outcomes in all three primary schools and infant schools. The finger of blame is often pointed at infant schools for over inflating their key stage one results, but that's not necessarily fair. We know there are problems with foundation stage. So we still have that problem now. It may be fair in some cases, but not across the board.
