How to Get Out of a Burnt Out Space

When can you speak a little bit about when the clouds might have started to part for you? Ndyou noticed that these habits were really coming to your aid. And it's one of those things where its quite gradual. I think burn out is a gradual thing that sneaks up on you, and you don't often realize you're burnt out until you feel like emotionally and physically exhausted. When i was starting to feel better, i was able to step back in respond to things, rather than just react to what was going on,. The rewards far outweigh the effort and you put in to do it.
