When Is It Time to Seek Professional Mental Health Care?
It's been a tough year, absolutely, and this is a normal reaction. If you're really having trouble functioning, where getting through your day to day activities as become really hard, definitely seek help. Research shows that gratitude, journalling, for example, and finding gratitude, does have a positive impact on our mood. It's ok to feel this way because our bodies and brains are exhausted.
