Technology may help that, but it doesn't fundamentally change the equation. We need alternative ways of getting access to education. Technology is one of the factors that's undergirded water the economic disruption. But we're not doing enough to help people who are left behind by technological advance or globilization. And your chances are when any ener took ecom one o one, the professor talked about gains from trade nd gains from technology. He or she was telling you the truth. The gainers can compensate the losers. What i mean in the book are really bridges. That's what that compensation is, what is it it would take to compete with the winners?
