You have so much data and KPIs around each step of it right so you have all those leading indicators because a lot of times people will just only realize the problem it's too late if they're not tracking thingsRight like okay we've lost a lot of clients turn us down but you're able to identify those problems really quickly because you put systems in place which really like at 130 clients that's the only way you can stay sane and manageable right It all comes down to systems processes and tracking but when you build that sounds like incredible I'm sure
