Is Lowfat High Carbohydrate a Good Diet?

I believe for a very long time, as an athlete, that that lofat high carbohydrate was an opnogist diet. And i think there's a decent amount of evidence, circumstantial or direct, to suggest that lowfat diets create a host of issues ranging from joint problems to amenorea like the cessation of menstration. I'm not purist about it, because i also know how to biochemically limit the damage that i might create. So if we want to go and have suchy and eat several pounds of rice, i could do that. It wouldn't cause me any existential anxieties.
