Are We Going to Have a Single Policy?

We don't have a million great models that just need, you know, to be turned on, fired up, and have cash showered upon them. This is not something we've been historically great at. We don't have any shovel-ready labor policies. But one thing we do know is it's going to be a kind of a multifaceted problem with lots of different policies for people with different needs.
