How to Unlock Ten Thousand Dollars

The minimum that we would invest is thirty five thousand dollars, but we'll just use your your example as a good number. When you sell your home, which can be any time in the next 30 years, what happens is you would give us back the original ten thousand dollar investment together with a share of the appreciation. Now the share of thereciation is normally around three times the percentage that we originally invested. So if we originally invested ten percent, then we would multiply that by three. so we would share in thirty percent of the increase in value.
