Atypicals are just like regular people in the sense that they're bad ones and good ones, but the bad atypical seem to fly under the radar a lot more than regular criminals. If an atypical commits a crime, they go to prison like any other person, except the prisons are higher security. There's no grand jury, no appeals process, nothing.
