The Relationship Between a Head Coach and a GM

I have to give Tim Connolly a lot of love and respect because here I am a world champion head coach had never nugget so I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for my relationship with Tim. Calvin Booth obviously what a great first year has a GM in the end you know not bad he has a very good draft really good free agency we won a championship but I think for me I remember hearing when I got in the league over 20 something years ago Zach people would say well the relationship between a head coach and a GM is always going to be at some point adversarial and I hope it wasn't true. My family my wife my two daughters my mother and father and all
