There has been change in the field of enemytriosis overtime on this particular question. We no longer rely on that to start treatment and to start caring for patients who have the condition. Our imaging has evolved over the last 15 or 20 years to the point where we really can see a number of the manifestations of endemetriosis. And with fairly high certainty, in women who have those manifestations, we can make the diagnosis...and start a treatment plan.
