Introduction
Inclusion is the word they're really locking onto lately. Diversity and equity they're shying away from just a little bit while leaning into inclusion and inclusive excellence. What do you do when your workplace forces you to go through another sustainability seminar, or a DEI strategy meeting, or an equity training seminar, or an inclusion? That's what this is about. The first thing I'm going to tell you is you need to prepare for the worst, which is that you might get fired if you do anything.
