Work, life balance, happiness, stress all of these improved a lot. If you let people work from home at least two days a week, it looks like that clearly improves mental wellbeing and work, life balance. It's less obvious once you start to go four or five days a week because you get this offsetting effect of more isolation. People hate commuting even more than they have worked. So what we see is I think in the data, if you'll say 38, you have three kids, an active social life, you may easily feel that look, I've got a lot of connectivity at home.
