The Limits of Brainstorming

In an Alex Osborne book it was like 10 people, 10 ad men. And they just fire out. Well, this is my view of brainstorming. You got to go a bunch of smart people together. If you have the highest paid persons in the room, you're going to fall into a social construct that's going to benefit you. So there's no collaboration. People will limit themselves. They won't go crazy with your boss in the room. But when you start merging ideas together, that's when we get real magic.
