Michaelangelo Saffo created a list of 10 words that express ten ways we are at our best. He then pare those words with ones that express when we are not at our peak, maybe falling out of doing great work. So you essentially have uscr a personal set of almost branding statements to remind ourselves of the ten ways we're at our best and specifically their opposites when we're not.
