The Four Key Points of Mindfulness

The awakened brain has four key points. One and only one is shared in common with mindfulness, which is a wonderful practice of getting present. The bonding network comes up online and we know we're loved and held just as children in the arms of our parents. We are guided, loved and held guided. And when we use our awakened brain, we can literally perceive feel, know that life is in fact, one of deep dialogue, love held guided and never alone.
