Ukrainians are extremely concerned that the worst-case scenario could be a very bad nuclear accident several times in the order of Chernobyl. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency has been trying to create a 30-kilometer demilitarized zone around the plant. But it's clearly not something that Russians want to do.
