The DSM and Narcissism
The DSM gives criteria of narcissism which include things like grandiosity. Being unable to think of other people's needs being highly ambitious, they have a sense of self importance. They don't tend to feel bad if they hurt someone because usually it's often justified. The official clinical statistics is like 5% less than 5% of the population. But there's at least 15 probably upwards to 20% of me at least the American population that would qualify for some degree of narcissistic traits. And I think that's grown for sure over the last 30 40 years.
