I think if we promoted the industry a little better and we're a bit more open it might make a bit of a difference. So, you know, I'm a big reader myself but what kind of educational resources would you recommend others to in the industry to check out? There's so many that you almost didn't know where to start to find a specific topics that I'm interested in which is great. But again going back to the regional approach it's important to understand what's going within the regions of the UK.
