How to Plan Your Year Out

For years I didn't take any time off. That's resulted in like burnout and I've been there a few times. This year I'll give you guys and like sort of how I plan my whole year out ahead of time. So this year I've done a ski trip just to the mountain bike trip. I'm doing an ultra marathon in August. I'm going to Croatia for a week on a boat with eight families. And what else?
