The Effects of Fiber Time on Weight Gain

Scott, what would be some of the variables though that may lead to more weight gain in me is it fiber time specific. Is it I'm an older guy and I just don't want to keep whether it's water or not? Scott: Yeah, so unfortunately, I have more slow to enter type one muscle fiber so I don't respond as well to creating supplementation. So, and then maybe I can have that was fantastic and that's an approach I'm going to try actually because I can see that I have it.
