Every time you feel like your you're going to comfort for food, first ask, am i really hungry? And if you're actually not hungry and you're just going to comfort with food, grab that bear and cuddle it. You missed out. There's a huge mother wound here we haveno talk about, right? So theother thing that will be important to work on is say no and boundaries. But all that stuff is a lot harder when we don't have self worth,. cause we don't make ourselves a priority because we don't feel worthy.
