If you just look at the raw data, vegetarians and vegans have like way lower rates of everything. Vegetarians get more physical activity than non-vegetarians. They are less likely to smoke. But that doesn't necessarily mean that it's the diet that is doing it, right? Because only around 5% of the population is vegetarian or vegan. And then in these awful little montages, they have this B-roll of like a family at McDonald's and they're sitting there eating french fries. It's like very clearly designed to be stigmatizing.
