Power Projection Technology - The Cat's Out of the Bag
We need to stop looking towards these bankers who have no idea what they are talking about. They are not qualified to be talking about the national, strategic implications of this technology. And n any time a new power projection technology emerges, the cat's out of the bag. It never goes back in the bag. If i'm right, then the national strategic priority is to stock as much os ha syber power as possible. The point of publishing this theory is to at least get it out there and get other people's inputs. I could be wrong, and i couldn't make myself look like an ass, but the consequences of being wrong and loud are weigh less than the consequences ofbeing right
