Hillary Clinton's Age Would Send a Signal to Politicians

I think women and men, particularly since our children should probably expect to live to 100, should think about their career in terms of these periods where you're going to be more intensely involved in family. We should continue to take people who are 55 or even 60 who have got 15 to 20 years ahead of them and a lot of talent. But I also think Hillary Clinton would push policies that would benefit families, not just women, but what I call building an infrastructure of care: paid family leave, parental leave.
