Democrats and left-leaning media are downplaying it. They say that since it was the Democratic National Committee and the Biden campaign asking Twitter to take down the tweet, what that means is that this was just a private matter between private groups. Conservatives, of course, mostly disagree. Kentucky Congressman James Comer, who will be taking over the House Oversight Committee in January, is already promising investigations. Every employee at Twitter who were involved in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story will have an opportunity to come before Congress and explain their actions to the American people.
