The Trend in Technological Change

Tech change does not occur in a strictly linear fashion. You get, you know, it gets lumpy and events. The rate of video conferencing has gone through the roof because of COVID. And that's how technological changes occur. I mean, we haven't had a downturn like you did after the fall of the Roman Empire.
