Caesar's Last Act
Caesar's final piece of legislation proved to be perhaps his greatest legacy. The Lex Julia de Repetun DC was a voluminous and detailed set of rules governing the dues and don'ts of provincial administration. With one sweeping bill, Caesar modernized Imperial administration overnight. He also showed he was willing to ignore laws, tradition, and common decency to get his way.
