Is There a Trend in Hybrid Working?

There is a different level of you know a different generation of manager coming through now. I'm already as a word interacting with positive groups of people generally it hasn't happened all the time but generally speaking they're empathetic towards the approach and want to change that's good. Hybrid working for example it's becoming processed so hybrid working you come in two days a week and make sure that it's two days a day not three or four. There are ways of looking at this which are different to the ways in which organizations have already sort of gone down the path with which I think is a great shame.
