I think that a lot of the time, people don't really recognize how much of their needs would benefit from being routinized and taking out of their own control. What if we're just evolving back to that theme at the beginning of our conversation? What if in the face of technology, we are reaching a new way of interacting collectively, individually, unidirectionally with the rest of the world? I actually just don't think that this is the case.
