Is the Word Order Really Doing the Work?

Justice Alito was recused in this case. I assume it's because of stock ownership, but I don't actually know. There were some groups who wanted Justice Barrett to recuse herself because her father is an employee at Shell Oil. And so, and she's also recused herself on Shell Oil cases that came up at the Seventh Circuit. Do you have any ideas? I think that the oil companies will probably prevail. But it was just hard to read. The possibility of sanctions is a meaningful deterrent here.
