The investigators identified two new serpentc one variants. One results in a glutomine tolycine ameno acid change at position two 27, and an asparagin to histodine amenoacid change at position 2 24. Patients who harbored these mutations had normal anti factor ten a or anti factor two a activities, but impaired anti factor seven a activity.
