I think eventually we're working on technology jobs because that's the way the world goes. I used to tell my teams when I was managing stuff and they would get upset that they weren't getting recognized for their contributions or whatever. You hold none of the responsibility for this being right. And so really you're getting paid and at the time they're going to pay $76,000. Once keeping up with the Joneses and trying to retain talents and get talent, you have one of the best paying internships in the world.
