How to Get More Singles at the PR

What we're suggesting would be more singles. More singles at the PR. Instead of doing that next week, make yourself do two singles at 218 and then back off. In other words, don't try for the one every week. Consider the PR adding to the number of reps you did across with that weight. That's appropriate. It's like within 3% is what you need to be. Even that might be too much to drop off. If you're doing 218 for two singles, your last three singles ought to probably be 214. And just get the whole range up to the top,. Then shift the range up. 215 to 18 across for 5 singles across. Now you're ready
