Fite cranda started as a sight project, and then when you can actually sustain yourself for long enough, then you can make the switch. We had five and a half thousand customers, something, and we were still just two people that were actually employees of the business. And i read the book, built to sell by john warlow in the beginning, again, on the train from berlin to hamburg,. So i had a lot of time to read. The more you optimize for a business to be sellable, for somebody to take it in and replace you with somebody else, or have a lot of automation, good documentation, the better the business is.
