How to Lower Your Blood Pressure

If your blood pressure was like 140 over 90 or something, then I certainly would cut back. The literature isn't really that hard to parse with those outcomes. Maintaining a reasonably high ratio of polyunsaturated to saturated fatty acids seems to do pretty well in the literature. You want to eat enough protein to support lean body mass and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
