I like that debt. Well, you can buy votes. Yes. I can use spending to buy votes or I can use tax cuts to buy votes. And they have an unholy bargain where neither quarrels with the others way of buying votes. The fact that we are continuing to have spending out of control in either tax cuts, I first thing I would do is raise taxes. If you're not going to cut spending, you have to raise taxes because the deficit is out of control. We need some politician with the courage to say you can't have all these things and the deficit is going to kill us.
