A r v c can be thought of as kind of like the mirror version of w p w. The other important thing, and when you read the box, is often it will say bi fasicular block. And this is a common thing that i don't think gets respect. Remember, you have three facicles. If ther're two blocked, on the c g and you've had a sinkable event, it wouldn't be shocking to conclude that that person is going in and out of third degree block.
