Salem Village and Its Bickering and Argumentation

In 1689, the village had to hire a new minister. They hired a bloke named Samuel Paris and it's with him that the trouble really begins. His sermons weren't popular or well received. He put even more people offside by coming off as uncompromising and greedy. There was talk amongst the villages about stopping his ministerial pay or refusing to provide him with firewood for the winter. But there is another reason, much more tangible reason that things were sort of getting worse when it came to all the bickering and arguing in Salem village as we move into the 1690s.
