i've been trying to do a lot better with being more intentional in my time. And i think my own expectations were a little detached from reality. I don't know a lot of people who a lo ball how much they think they can get done, particularly productive folks. But you can counter intuitively and up getting a lot more done if you like, set your expectations a little bit lower.
