What Is Net Good for You?
I find that a lot of your success early on in your career has been about taking on new work, finding opportunities and saying yes to things. How do you make that transition? You know, how do you not go and speak at every conference or allocate your time as your time gets more valuable)? I also really love this concept of selfish altruism, which is another one that my manager had kind of taught us about. But you can seek out opportunities and activities that produce the most net good for you and also produce net good for those around you as well.
