Are There Any Negative Consequences of Becoming More Scout Like?

If everyone was actually being a really good scout, that this wouldn't lead to more inaction in society. People would recognize that things are risky, but they would also recognize what i think is true an which is that we tend to be more scared of risk than we need to be. If you're not doing it perfectly, or you're doing it incompletely or whatever, you could end up worse off if you still have some false beliefs and goten rid of others.
