Is the Customer Experience Good or Bad?
I think the problem that exists when you have two people to don't understand each other could be a problem. See, my, I lean to, I try to default as much as I can. It's hard to do to the customer's experience with any company. Maybe the sales team wasn't very good at expressing exactly what they wanted or maybe the marketing team wasn't good at understanding,. That's an, that's a perfect example of that.
