I truly believe that we are at a crisis level and a crossroads in our profession. 5,590 years of collective dental experience is a powerful resource if we know how to harness it. The only way to do that is to stop being snarky online and criticizing somebody because they don't have a 3-degree taper and 2-millimeter reduction. A lot of people in dentistry will share their best stuff to one of their closest friends or collaborate and help solve problems with each other. But the vast majority of dentists aren't willing to do that.
